At Organic State, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements or products that have been used for hygiene and safety reasons.
How To Request A Return

- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.
